New Alias Alert!

Please review the content written by Joseph Ryan who believes he's now a student journalist using the false name Seán Keohane. A conflict of identity has arisen with Joseph Ryan three times over the last month where he made claims of being a 'legal student' and of course a 'priest' but as we know he isn't any of these things and in a final attempt to renew himself he penned the letter below.

Dear Sir / Madam

My name is Seán Keohane/ Joseph Ryan, a final year student journalist and I hope that you will be in a position to assist me with the following information relative to an investigative article I am undertaking for the present.


In recent days, an email inviting people to attend the Unitarian Church here in Dublin for a service on 1st December for World AIDS Day was circulated and came to my attention mainly for the reason as to who was going to be officiating at the ceremony.

It is my understanding after making enquiries that a Niall Sheridan of the Reformed Catholic Church will be in charge and this has led to me raising the following questions with you and your organisation as a whole:

1. What does you/your organisation know of Niall Sheridan?

2. Are you/your organisation aware of Niall Sheridan's involvement in attempting to move a convicted pedophile (Sean Michael Lyons) from USA to Ireland last year before it became common knowledge?

4. What does you/your organisation know about the Reformed Catholic Church?

Considering all this information, can you clarify for me what the position is of your organisation in relation to


a) permitting someone who attempted to transfer a convicted pedophile contrary to law from one jurisdiction to another?


b) attending a service presided over by same said person as a member of a church which offers oversight to convicted pedophiles and convicted embezzlers?

c) child protection and welfare considering the information provided?
