The PULSE System & The Perv.

An Garda Síochána (The Irish Guard) have at their disposal one of the most effective pieces of equipment the state has ever purchased - a multi million Euro super computer processing the details of all criminals and their offences, mapping the geographic trail of crime and destruction offenders create when they perpetrate their criminal acts.
Low and behold when we had our friends in Ennis reach into the archives we found more than a few dusty old cautions but a host of offenses not befitting a priest of any diocese especially not an Episcopal Vicar who nominates to be called the Right Reverend JOSEPH RYAN, an insult to all men of the church who endeavor to live out their true calling in service to God.

Based on the particulars of this incident it seems the Wrongful Reverend has been a very naughty boy by entering a Hospital here, assaulting, threatening, abusing and battering a team of female medical staff, trashing medical equipment, kicking chairs and frightening sick children before being restrained, arrested and ejected to a waiting Garda car pointing out; a minor abrasion (self inflicted) which failed to take priority over coronary heart patients on the evening in question.

He was later charged and held culpable. The case was referred to a special sitting of the Circuit Court and sentence passed for which an associated archived judgement is held by the court service. Until recently Ryan has managed to skirt around the country avoiding all Stations without access to this system benefiting improper disclosure for his own purposes and wasting Garda time in various matters. How foolish for him to believe his antics remained unnoticed since by all accounts there proves to exist many detailed submissions regards his odd behavior which has been painstakingly recorded and supplied to PULSE at central offices from almost every outpost in the land.
